Do I need a cover?

Do I need to get planning permission to build my pool?

Usually, yes, but not always. The requirements vary according to where you live and the type of pool build.  Contact us for further information

What are the different ways to heat my pool?

There are  various ways to heat your pool.  Oil, gas or electric provide relatively quick heat, but solar, air and ground heat sources can be used to heat pools more slowly or maintain heat.  Contact us for more information.

How long will it take to build my pool?

Pre-formed pools can be installed and fitted in less that seven days. Pools built on site usually take about four weeks to build and complete

What kind of ongoing help will I receive?

All of our pool packages are bespoke so the level of support or help can be tailored to your needs.  However, we do have a telephone help line available to provide help/support.

What is included in my package?

All of our pool packages are bespoke so the pool type, equipment included and work undertaken can be tailored to individual needs.

What chemicals will my pool need and how often?

All pools will need some treatment with chemicals to sanitise them and keep their water balanced.  There are various chemical systems available – Chlorine, Bromine, Oxygen and Salt.  The amount of chemicals used will depend on the level of use the pool gets.

Can I keep my outdoor pool filled all year?

Yes.  All pools are usually best kept filled all year.  The water level should be reduced, treated, floats added and winter covers fitted.

How often will I need to change my pool liner?

‘Bag liners’ usually last for seven to twelve years.  ‘On-site’ liners usually last for over twenty years.  Chemical use and care of the liner will dramatically extend liner life expectancy.

Can I convert an outdoor pool to an indoor pool at a later date?
